groovy
ごきげんなミュージシャンは groovy。
へぼなミュージシャンは、ずっと音を出してお仕着せがましい。
ごきげんなミュージシャンは、音を出していないときも、
聞き手に、その内側でリズムを刻ませている。
だから、聞き手は groovy なわけです。
乗っている。とってもいい。いかす。快適。ごきげん。
そういう感じ。
コーチングも同じで、ご機嫌なコーチは groovyで、
セッションとセッションの間が１週間あったって
その間、クライアントは、内側でリズムを刻んでいる。
ワルツだって、８ビートだって、４ビートだっていい。
ちなみに、これは私のギターです。
マーチンで、エリッククラプトンモデル。
今日はこれで「木綿のハンカチーフ」を演奏した。
もちろん、groovy！

うん、たしかに！わたしもアイドルの女の子たちに週１でギターのレッスンしているのですが、いつも言うことは自分の出した音をよく聴いてください。それで調節できそうだったらあなたが抱えてるギターそのものとあなた のおなかの中とあなたの体全体を使って、うまく調節してください。そうやって楽器をコントロールすることを覚えてくださいナ。と言ってます。彼女たちが１週間をグルーヴィーに過ごしているかはあんまり考えたことないんですけど、わたしは１週間ひとりひとりがレッスンで出してた音としぐさ、手つきが何度も何度もフラッシュバックして、次回のレッスンプランをたててます。それとあといつも言うことは、レッスンのはじめのチューニングのときに（チューニングマシンの針だけじゃなくて）「チューニングは目だけでしないでくださーい、ちゃんと耳の穴を見開いて、耳で音を見てださーい、と言ってます。それをホントに実体験することを仕込んで（というとアレですが）からは、弾き方のディメンションというかフェーズが俄然変わりましたね。感動的でした！！
