雪ふり
今朝は、９時に起きてお散歩。
夕べから降り続いた雪が２０cmぐらい積もりました。
長靴を履いて、お散歩。
近くに城跡があって、その土手を歩きます。
最近、おしどりが、お堀に飛来したというので、
探したのですが、良くわかりませんでした。
今、フラーティさんの書いた『コーチング５つの原則』を読んでいます。
とても役に立つ本です。
彼とはケベックで会ったときに少し話しました。
この間は電話でも話しました。
彼と話していて興味深いのは、彼は知らないというところから話すこと。
わからないことは、わからないと言うこと。
十分間を取って、それから答えること。
声が落ち着いていること。
要するに、「ふり」がない。
楽しいふり、
賢いふり、
自分を好きなふり、
わかったふり、
幸せなふり、
不幸せなふり、
悩んだふり、
こういうのをやめると、どうなっちゃうんだろうね？
ちなみに今日は、一日中雪ふり。
