『天使が教えてくれたこと』
これは、１９９４年の本です。
さて、今日はおおむね機嫌よくいました。
朝からずーっと来客とお話をしていました。
それでも内側はとてもいい感じでした。
きっと、昨日いっぱい寝たからですね。
１１時から７時過ぎまで寝ました。
たくさん寝ることができたのは、
昨日、ジムで運動をしたからだと思います。
昨日、運動していて久しぶりに気がついたことがあります。
身体のどこかに力を加えているとき、他の部分の力を抜くこと。
たとえば、スクワットをしているときは 肩の力を抜く。
腹筋をやっているときには、首の力を抜く、腕の力を抜く。
自分の身体で余分な力が入っているところに気がついて、
「そこには力を入れなくていいんだ」、
そう気がつくと、なんだか嬉しいです。
それは、前にも気がついたことでした。
でも、忘れていて、また同じことに気がついたのですが、
それでもやっぱり、嬉しい。
いっぱい眠れるときには、気づきも必要ですね。
これは、今度天使に教えてあげましょう。

「天使が教えてくれた事」実は、私は、この本を読んで、伊藤さんの事を知りました。知人の方から頂いたのですが、この本を読んでいなかったら、と考えると、知人の方に伊藤さんに感謝の言葉でいっぱいです。 出会いって、不思議で、素敵ですね。 昨日は、私も子供と一緒に爆睡です。最近よく睡眠できます。今日は、好きな曲に、お気に入りの本を読んで,ぼけぼけしていました。体を休むというのは、こういう事なんだなと実感します。でも夕方は、約２０キロ子持ちベビーカー階段ダッシュ５回してました（^^;）通りすがりのご婦人の方に、「ご苦労様ね。」と声をかけてくださり、少し嬉しくなりました（^^;）腕の筋肉ばかり、鍛えているので、自分も体全体ストレッチに、体力作りしてみます。普段意識してない、筋肉に、余分な力に目をむけてみます。 伊藤さん写真前が見えないですよ〜。画面の横から、覗いてしまいます（笑） 明日もご機嫌にすごせそうです。もち。

何か始めるとき、何につけても\r
「肩に力が入ってるよ」って言われがちな自分。
人に言われないと気づかないんです、いつも。
空手の「カタ」の練習のときもガチガチだった。
テニスのコーチに「インパクトまでにつかれちゃいますよ〜！」
ゴルフ始めた頃、先生に「歩くとき、右と左は交互に前にだすだろ！」
客観的に想像すると・・・かっこわるーい。

私も「天使が教えてくれたこと」は、伊藤さんの本の中で一番繰り返し読みました。何度も読んだので、本の横が黒くなって、カバーの下の表紙の薄緑の色はほとんど落ちてます。今日のブログのお話も時々思い出したい内容なのでノートに書きとめます。...今、書きとめました。

大切ですよね。
私はストレス解消もかねて、ヴォーカルを習っているのですが
お腹には力を入れるのですが、その他は力を抜く。
私の場合、首になぜか力が入ってしまうのですが
力が抜けた時はとっても、のびのある声で気分よく歌えます♪\r
昨年の春、仕事の忙しさから心身症になってしまいました。
夏頃にはだいぶ復活して体力づくりに励んでいる今日この頃です。
健康じゃないと機嫌よくいられない事を実感しました。
体調を崩す前の一年くらいスポーツクラブは幽霊会員になっていました。
忙しいからこそ身体を鍛えないといけなかったんだなぁ〜。。。
私も力を入れるところと抜くところを意識してトレーニングやってみます！！

初めまして。いつも楽しみに見ています。
見ているだけでしたがついに初投稿。
心の余分な力もぬいて私も毎日ごきげんでいたい。
でも現実はなかなか難しいです。
２月５日の
