春眠暁を覚えず
ストレスの原因は、ストレッサーといいます。
嫌な上司はストレスではなく、ストレッサー。
締め切りもストレッサー。
それらに刺激されて、心身の反応するプロセスをストレスといいます。
ストレッサーには、受け取る側の受け取り方が影響するもの。
例えば上司。
ある人にはなんでもないけど、ある人には耐えられない。
それから、誰でも反応しているストレッサーには、
気温の変化や、弾丸。
物理的、化学的、心理的ストレッサーがあります。
そのなかでも厳しいのは、
やはり、お天気や気温、時差などだと思います。
やっぱり暖かいところの方が、ストレス反応は少なくてすみますから。
それから、あまり時差も経験しないですむなら、そのほうがいいと思います。
体内時計、サーカディアンリズムを調整するのには
ずいぶんストレスがかかりますから。
春先眠いのは、
やはり、ストレッサーが減って、ストレス反応が少なくなること。
そうすれば、副交感神経が優位になり、やはり眠たくなります。
それから、寝ている間に、
サーカディアンリズムも調整しているのだと思います。
来週は、時差と、寒さというストレッサー、
それから、恒常的なストレッサー２人と一緒に、お出かけです。

今日は、外は、寒いですね。子供が風邪をひくといけないので、温かいラーメンを食べています。体がぽかぽかしています。温かくなると、ストレスが減る意味が、よく解ります。おこたも温かいから、ねこのように、昼寝しそうです〜。

仕事が忙しかった頃、海外出張（南国）が多かったです。
寒い日本と暑い国＆時差、それから\r
ある時期を境にしてストレッサーになってしまった上司。。。
きつかったなぁ。
今もその影響できついんですけどね。
元に戻るのか、時々不安です。
弱ったなりにしっかり生きていこうかなぁ
と思う今日この頃です。。。

今日は、お正月買った真空パックのお餅をお汁粉にして食べました。全然食べれた（^^;）１個ずつだと、夕飯がたべれないので、息子と半分個にしました。最近息子は、しまじろうの絵本にでてくる、「半分こ〜」に凝っています。なんでも半分個にしています。 お友達と、ドーナツ半分個、クッキーも半分個、私は、息子と半分個にした、お餅を二人で１個ずつ持って「出て来いｼｬｼﾞｬーﾝ♪」ガシｯ！とくっつけて遊んでいました。二人分happy♪お友達が来たら、それを半分個にして、happy ×４またお友達がきたらら 沢山happy

一昨日久しぶりに、ｾﾐﾅーを一緒に受けた友達とランチしました。友達は、最近ﾁｪﾛを習いはじめたらしいです。「車窓の窓」で演奏している方の演奏会を聞きにいき、ﾁｪﾛの音色に魅了されたらしい。彼女が、言うには、「ﾁｪﾛの音色は、人間の声、音質に近いのよ」それを聞いて、今 ｶｻﾞﾙｽの BACHの無伴奏ﾁｪﾛ組曲NO1聞いています。少し低い低音の音色は、彼女の言う通り、とおもいながら、聞いています。
