いろいろなコメントをお寄せくださり、ありがとうございます。
「顔写真を」というリクエストもございましたが、
体重があと５キロほど減りましたら、
そのとき、また、考えさせてください。
その昔、「ジャッキー・チェンに似ている」と言われたことがあります。
セーターを着て、ゴルフの練習をしていたら、
「ぬいぐるみみたいだ」と言われたこともあります。
最近は、父に似てきた。
８３歳だけど、いいかもしれない。

３月２６日土曜日の日経新聞の別冊、日経プラスワンに、
アンチエイジングの記事が載っています。
アンチエイジングには、本当にいろいろな可能性を感じます。
それから、発芽玄米。
玄米を発芽させるんだけど、
今度、これを温泉で発芽させようとしている。
題して、温泉発芽玄米。
なんだか、いけそう。
発芽玄米だと、これだけで全体食。
今年の秋は、体重５キロ減。
そして、温泉発芽玄米。
この温泉発芽玄米から、お酒はできませんかね？

６時間睡眠で目覚め良いです（^^） 発芽玄米をお酒に…（笑）お酒にして飲んだら…でも美味しそう〜♪ 食べる事が、お酒が？好きそうな伊藤さんが、無理しないでください〜。そのまんまでいいのに。HUGしてもらったら、日だまりの様にほんわかな感じがします〜。 ｼﾞｬｯｷーチェンは、笑顔が似てるかも。でもウォンビンが目を細めて笑う顔が、写真でみるとすごく似てます。そのまんまが、よいよ〜。イメージしたら、実物伊藤さんに、お会いしたくなった〜。

今日は、いい天気でしたね。息子と、姪とで、久しぶり、おもいっきり、遊んできました。鬼ごっこで、ずっと走りっぱなし、体動かすのは、いいですね。私も減量します。スイミングスクールで、親子スイミングするし、 ｲﾒｰｼﾞって必要ですよね。息子と痩せた自分が、スイミングしてるのをｲﾒｰｼﾞしながら、食事制限してます。伊藤さん、競争しましょう！負けないぞ。守！食事制限できましたか？
