ビジョンは記憶できない
今、私は、ジムで運動するときも、ゴルフを練習するときも、
コーチをつけています。おかげで、ジムは３年以上続いています。
これまでは、ジムの会員になると、数回行って、
それっきりになっていました。
ゴルフも習ったことはあります。でも、大抵その後で混乱するんで、
習うのはやめていました。それでもコーチをつければどうなるか、
興味があって、今は不定期にコーチに見てもらっています。
彼は、打席で打つ前に、必ず
「ターゲットに向けて力を入れてください」
「ターゲット、ターゲット」
結構うるさくいいます。
それから、
「球筋をイメージして」
これもよく言います。
そこで、聞きました
「毎回イメージしないとまずいのかな？」
「そうなんです」
「どうしてですか？」
「イメージは記憶できないからです。だから、毎回創らないと」
この一言を聞けただけで、十分満足しました。
--- イメージは記憶できない。
ビジョンも一度つくったぐらいではだめなわけです。
毎日じゃないとね。

イメージが記憶できないとは、それはつまり（イメージは）瞬間（とき）とともにある（あるいは瞬間（とき）とともにしかない）ということだろうか。
たしかに「瞬間」に相当する英語のｍｏｍｅｎｔには、力学でいう「モーメント」や哲学でいう「契機」という意味もある。
イメージという「像」を「想起」する「想像」。

しかし、いつも思うことだが、イメージばかりが流通するこの世の中で動詞で「イマジン」と歌い呼びかけたジョン・レノンはなかなかのタマだなあ。

お久しぶりです。カツマタです
「イメージを毎回作る」いいアドバイスですね。
打つ前に心がけてみようと思います。
ジムでもコーチをつけると違うとのこと、
食い物系日記をやりだしたら太りだして
ちょうどジムに入会したので、実践してみようと
思います。
