その昔のコーチ
日本にコーチを紹介して最初の頃、
コーチングの勉強を始めた知人がいました。
彼は習ったことをどこかで試したくてしようがない。
そこで、お手軽なところで奥さんを選んだ。
決して、家族を練習台にしないように注意していたのですが
彼は掟を破って、奥さんに聞いた。
「コーチしてあげようか」
「うん」
そこで、彼は二階に上がり、そこから一階の奥さんに電話をかけた。
「もしもし。僕だけど」
「はいはい」
「ところで、何についてコーチして欲しい？」
「そうね、ダイエットかしら」
「ダイエットね」
「そうね」
そこで、彼は質問を考えた。考えた末に、彼は聞いた。
「ダイエットなんだけど」
「うん」
「どうして、そんなに太っちゃったの？」
その瞬間、奥さんは電話を「ガチャン」と切った。
その後、
「こういう場合、どうするんだろうね」
なんて聞かれました。
これに答えちゃうと、巻き込まれるので、
遠巻きにすることにしました。
女の人に、体型とか、体重とか、年とか、しわとか、
そういうことを言わない方がいいよね〜なんて。

なんでも、太りすぎるとか、痩せすぎるとか食べ過ぎるってよくないのかもしれませんね。 私は、ついに、風邪をひいてしまいましたが、痩せない。水ボウソウの時は、さすがに痩せるだろうとウキウキしていても減らない。喉がいたくても、だるくても、ご飯が好きで、食べてしまうのです。だから、これは、倒れかもとおもっても、倒れた事がないのです。太めでも、丈夫ならいいや。春になれば、代謝がよくなって、バランスよく減量できるしと思うのです。
