質問に対しての答えとは project
これは何度も言っていることですが、
質問に対しては、答えを出すのではなく
質問の内容をハッキリさせるために、質問に対しては、質問をする。
または、その質問の出し方や、内容に対して要望する。
それから、提案をすることもあります。
そして、情報として自分の状態や、
自分の感じていることを伝えることができます。
質問に対しては、質問、提案、要望、そして情報の中から、
どれかを選んで、それを発信する。
それに対して、同じように、質問、提案、要望、そして情報が帰って来る。
それを繰り返すのがコミュニケーションになります。
コミュニケーションの内容とは他にありません。
もちろん、そのとき、そのときの感情の起伏もあります。
それは、情報として伝えることができます。
質問は、テストではありませんから、
そこで正しい答えをする必要はないのです。
その質問を受けて、その質問の意味を十分に理解すること。
そこからコミュニケーションは始まります。
では、道を聞かれたらどうするのか？
それは、自分の持っている情報を提供して完了になります。
質問、提案、要望、情報、それらを繰り返し、
最終的には同意を創り出し、
コミュニケーションを完了させることが目的になります。
質問、提案、要望、情報。
このキャッチボールには、お互いの間に
プロジェクトがあるということが前提になります。
もし、そこにプロジェクトがなければ
コミュニケーションを交わす必要もありません。
また、そこでコミュニケーションを交わすことで、
プロジェクトは発展します。
コミュニケーションと会話の違いはそこにあります。
コミュニケーションはプロジェクトベースなのです。
会話は、とくにそれを必要としません。
対話もまた、プロジェクトを必要としません。
正確にはプロジェクトの質が違うわけです。
