コーチング・フォーラム２

パネルディスカッションでは、私のすぐ左に指揮者の岩城さん。

ずいぶん前の『題名のない音楽会』に、
指揮者はどんな楽器が弾けるかというテーマで、
岩城さんが出演されていました。

他にも数人の指揮者が出演されていて、
それぞれが自分の得意な楽器を演奏するという内容だったのですが、
岩城さんの番になったら、なんと彼はスキーの手袋をして出てきて、
おもむろにピアノの前に座り、手袋をした手で
バンバンとピアノの鍵盤をたたき出したのでした。

当時、『題名のない音楽会』の司会者は黛敏郎さんでしたが、
マイクを胸の前に持った彼が、
ピアノを弾いている岩城さんのところへ近づいて、

「楽器の弾けない指揮者もいるのです」

と、岩城さんを紹介しました。
　
とても印象に残った番組でした。

それ以来、岩城さんが指揮をしているとき、
私にはいつも、スキー用の手袋が見えていました。
　

さて、パネルディスカッションの中で、
岩城さんはおっしゃっていました。

「どんなにいい演奏ができたと思っても、
２ヶ月、３ヵ月後に、『あのとき、、、、』と
いろいろ考えてしまうことがあるんですよ」

　　
私はそれを聞いて、ちょっとホッとしました。

私も、セミナーや講演の後、
あまり楽しくない自分を感じることがよくあります。
これまで「そういうことではいけない」と思っていたのですが、
ちょっとは自己嫌悪もいいのか〜、なんて思ったのでした。
