フィードバック
血圧が少し高めなので、
私は、手首に巻く血圧計をいつも携帯して、一日に何度も測っています。
安静時は低いのですが、人、それもあまり得意でない人を前にしたりすると、
血圧は上がります。
そういうときには、その人の前で血圧を測り、
「あ〜、血圧が上がった」などと言うと、こちらの血圧は下がります。
あちらはどうなんでしょうね。
血圧の数値は、私にフィードバックしてきます。
今、血圧が高いよ。
そうすると、注意が心と身体に向いて、心と身体の緊張に気がつきます。
そうすると「今、その必要はないんじゃないの？」ということで、
息が深くなったり、落ち着きを取り戻します。
すると、血圧はすぐに正常に戻るわけです。
血圧計はバイオフィードバックですが、
それを介して、自分の心身からのフィードバックに気がつくようになります。
コミュニケーションは、フィードバックのサイクルです。
身体と心とコミュニケーションを交わすとしたら、
最初にその声が聞き取れなければなりません。
また、理解できなければなりません。
フィードバックが受け取れること。
コミュニケーションにおいては
それが最初の一歩になります。
フィードバックが受け取れるようになると、
そこからコミュニケーションは一気に進化します。
