フィードバックその２

ダイエットを成功させる秘訣は、
できるだけ何回も体重計にのることです。
体重計もバイオフィードバック機器のひとつです。

１日に、１０回も、２０回ものる。
ほかには特に何もしなくていいんです
それを繰り返すことで、脳にフィードバックを送ることになります。
そして、その数値から受けるフィードバックで、
次に何をしたらいいのかについて戦略を練ることになります。
戦略を練るといっても、、意識的に何かをするのではなく、
無意識が何をしたらいいかを判断します。
　
最初は意識してやることでも、
最終的には無意識にやれるようにならないと、成果は上がりません。
私たちの心と身体は、意図的な命令、
たとえば、食事を制限するとか、毎日運動するとかいったもの、
そういったことには従わない傾向があります。

でも、それが無意識のレベルで同意されると、
もはや誰にも止めることはできません。
　
体重計、血圧計、体温計、脈拍、呼吸数。
これらのフィードバックに耳を傾け、目を向けて、
後は特に何もしなくてもいいんです。

自分の無意識に信頼を置けば、一番いい状態に導いてくれると思います。
